You are to provide the food unless you notify Brian Ehlers who will be happy to do so. Also, give Brian Ehlers receipts for purchased items for reimbursement from the coffee hour kitty. You will find cream, sugar, paper goods, coffee, and juice in the refrigerator or hall closet. If you want to go “all out” you can also bake something for that morning, but it is not expected. Most folks show up around 9:30 AMAfter coffee hour, retrieve and count the money. You will find an envelope in the hall closet. Put money in envelope and note the amount and initial. Give to Fr. Alexander.
